Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery, a specialty food store and market, is dedicated to providing the Connecticut shoreline community with delicious food made from quality ingredients. First opened in 1993, Mystic Market has since expanded to include three locations with a loyal customer base. To honor their commitment to “Fresh, Wholesome, Ready” cuisine, we partnered with Mystic Market to modernize their existing identity, while staying true to their core mission. Their logo was redesigned with a more considered typographic approach and applied consistently to various formats including in-store signage, product labels, packaging, print menus and more. To modernize the brand, we incorporated high-resolution, professional photography to feature the market’s passion for the quality of their food. By simplifying their aesthetic to include impactful imagery with clean graphics, their new, responsive website became a fully immersive user experience. The new brand standards were applied to social graphics and email campaigns, creating further brand cohesion and consumer engagement.
